Every Pebble Flow comes with an industry-leading warranty. The Magic Pack covers you for 1 year / 10,000 miles on interior and appliances, 3 years / 30,000 miles on the trailer, 5 years / 50,000 miles on the motors, and 8 years / 80,000 miles on the high-voltage battery.

Founders Edition includes the same coverage, with unlimited mileage for even greater peace of mind, and lets you rent out your trailer without voiding your warranty.

Pebble Flow is backed by a comprehensive vehicle warranty, serviced by a nationwide, certified network that comes to you. No dealership to drive to, no waiting for a regional service center. 95% of repairs happen right in your driveway, wherever that driveway is. For the rest, certified service centers are ready nationwide.

For software, it's even faster: more than 80% of minor diagnostics and performance updates are handled remotely by our California engineering team, over the air, through integrated cellular diagnostics. Often, your Pebble is fixed before you even knew something was wrong.

How do I get physical service or replacement parts if I am thousands of miles from California?

You are backed by a network that comes to you. While our engineering team can diagnose and tune software remotely, Pebble partners with an extensive, certified physical RV repair network across North America. If your Pebble Flow ever requires physical maintenance — such as a replacement window latch, suspension adjustment, or brake pad service—we dispatch parts directly to your local certified service partner to get you back on the road quickly.

What is Scout, and how does it help me manage my trailer?

Scout is our intelligent, always-on AI assistant built directly into your owner account portal. If you ever have a question about how a system operates, what a dashboard notification means, or how to prepare your trailer for winter storage, Scout delivers clear, unvarnished answers instantly. Because Scout is trained directly on our evolving software release notes and Owner's Guide, its knowledge base is always current. It even tracks your battery levels and will proactively notify you if your state of charge gets low.

How do I reach Pebble Support in an emergency, and what are your operating hours?

Owners can submit support tickets through our Owner Portal, or you can call our dedicated support line at (866) 732-2518. Our corporate support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, but our hotline is actively monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for urgent mechanical and roadside emergencies. For life-safety emergencies, please always call 911 first before notifying Pebble.
