(“Pebble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information in connection with our website available at https://pebblelife.com/, our mobile application, and our other online or offline products and services. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our website and other products and services are collectively called the “Services.” Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of the Services is subject to our Terms of Service located at https://pebblelife.com/terms-service.
By using Pebble Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we do, we will let you know by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website and/or may also send other communications.
We collect personal information that you provide to us, personal information we obtain automatically when you use the Services, and personal information from third-party sources, as described below.
(a) Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly. We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including the following: identifiers of personal information described in Section 1798.80(e) of the California Civil Code, including name, telephone number, postal address, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, signature, account name, as well as education, employment, employment history, or other similar information. Personal information also includes commercial information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
(b) Order or Preorder Data. When you place an order or a pre-order, we collect personal information, which may include, but is not limited to the information in section (a) above. This includes identifying information necessary for the sales process, which may include trailer purchase information related to your trailer purchase agreement, title and registration documents, your trailer VIN number, as well as social security number (“SSN”). The SSN is not collected or stored by Pebble directly, rather it is collected by a third party that complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and acts as Pebble’s service provider that collects SSN for product financing, credit assessments and fraud prevention.This also includes your username and password for the Pebble App (including Account log-in, in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to the account.
(c) Payment information. We may collect personal information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://stripe.com/privacy. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our Services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
(d) Trailer Information and application data after you purchase one of our trailers. If you purchase one of our trailers (each, a “Pebble Flow”), and/or use our application(s), we also may collect the following information:

We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device (including your precise geolocation), either continuously or while you are using our mobile application(s), to provide certain location-based services. Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.

We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. All personal information processed by us may be transferred, processed, and stored anywhere in the world, including, but not limited to, the United States or other countries, which may have data protection laws that are different from the laws where you live. This may entail the transfer of your personal information across international borders, and the data protection standards may differ and be lower than the standards enforced in your jurisdiction.
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
