When we set out to build the Pebble Flow, we asked a question the RV world had never really answered: what if a trailer were built as a technology platform? Not just a trailer with some smart features bolted on - a living product that gets better over time, shaped by software and the people who use it.
Today, that vision takes a significant step forward. We're introducing Scout — Pebble's AI assistant, built specifically for the Flow — and launching the Pebble iPhone companion app in the App Store.
Here's what's live, what it does, and where we're taking it.
What is Scout?
Scout is an AI assistant trained on everything we know about the Flow. Ask it a question — any question — and you'll get an instant answer, updated continuously as we push updates and the Flow evolves.
That alone addresses a real need. We've heard from RVrs who couldn't find quick answers when and where they need them. Scout changes that. It's available any time, it doesn't put you on hold, and it speaks plainly.
Scout is designed to be more than a smart FAQ. It's built as a two-way system — one that can communicate with your trailer, not just answer questions about it.
Bi-Directional Intelligence: Scout Talks to Your Flow
Starting today, Scout monitors your Flow's high-voltage battery. Each day Scout will check on your battery and if it notices your state of charge drops below 10%, Scout will send you an email reminder to plug in soon.
This is a meaningful moment. It's the first time Flow will effectively reach out to its owner. The first time the RV has said, unprompted: here's something you should know.
In the months ahead, we'll push this much further. More signals. More proactive alerts. Eventually, Scout will spot what you wouldn't even think to look for, and guide you to the fastest resolution. The goal is an RV that looks after itself, and keeps you informed when it matters.
A Knowledge Base That Grows With the Community
Scout also has a community learning loop built in. Owners can share tips, tricks, and real-world knowledge directly with Scout. The Pebble team reviews every submission, and the most useful ones get surfaced back to the broader owner community.
Over time, Scout becomes smarter with every owner who uses it. The people who know the Flow best — the ones living in it, working from it, pushing it to its limits — contribute to a shared knowledge base that benefits everyone. We think that's a fundamentally better model than a static manual.
The iPhone App: Your Flow in Your Pocket
The new Pebble iPhone app puts essential trailer controls and monitoring in your pocket. Designed as a streamlined companion to the physical vehicle controls and the full iPad command center, it gives you quick access to the functions you use most, including cabin climate, lighting, entry controls, Auto Dump™, and trailer status. Available now in the App Store, the app connects directly to your Flow via Bluetooth, making it easy for everyone in your travel party to stay connected.
This is just the beginning. Cloud and remote connectivity are coming soon — so you'll be able to monitor your Flow from anywhere, whether it's parked at camp while you're on a hike, sitting in your driveway while you're at work, or traveling with friends across the country.
And as Scout's mobile integration develops, your iPhone becomes something more: the place Scout reaches you. Real-time alerts, health updates, proactive guidance — all surfaced to your phone, when and where they're relevant.
What This Means for Flow Owners

Scout is live at PebbleLife.com. Log in and start asking questions.
Share your tips — the knowledge you've built up living with the Flow is genuinely valuable to other owners.
Download the Pebble app from the App Store and connect your devices. The battery alert is the first of many proactive features on the roadmap.
Expect more soon.
The Bigger Picture
Pebble built the Flow to be the world's first software-defined RV. Scout and the iPhone app are just two of the latest examples of what that means in practice
The Pebble Flow you buy will be more capable six months from now. Features will ship. Systems will get smarter. Scout will expand. The app will deepen. Every update is a reminder that this is a different kind of RV, built for a different kind of owner.
That's not how RVs have worked. That's how Pebble works.
Scout is available now for current Owners and Reservation Holders at PebbleLife.com/log-in and Owners can download the Pebble - Control Center app for iPhone now in the Apple App Store.
