Pebble Terms & Condition

Offer:

For a limited time, Pebble Mobility, Inc. ("Pebble") is offering promotional financing rates as low as 6.99% APR (the "Promotional Rate"), fixed for the full term of the loan, to qualifying customers financing the purchase of a new Pebble Flow travel trailer (the "Vehicle") through Pebble's in-house financing program ("PrePair"). This offer is subject to change or termination at any time, as described below.


Eligibility:

  • Available to customers located in the United States who are of the age of majority in their state of residence.
  • Available only to customers financing their Vehicle purchase through PrePair. Not available to cash buyers or customers using outside financing — customers in that position should ask about the separate "Get Outside" offer instead.
  • Available to well-qualified buyers subject to credit approval by PrePair. Actual rate offered depends on creditworthiness, loan amount, and other underwriting factors; not all applicants will qualify for the Promotional Rate.
  • Not available to fleet, business-entity, government, or bulk-order purchases; available to individual retail purchasers only.
  • Excludes demo units and pre-owned Vehicles.
  • Currently available only on Pebble Flow Magic Pack and Pebble Flow Founder's Edition configurations.
  • Vehicle order must be placed, and delivery must be scheduled and completed, between July 28, 2026 and August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Offer Period").

Financing terms:

  • The Promotional Rate is fixed for the full term of the loan (not variable).
  • Requires a minimum 20% down payment, plus applicable tag, tax, and title fees.
  • Requires a minimum financed loan amount of $50,000 after down payment.
  • Available on financing terms of up to 240 months.
  • Representative example (for illustration only): on a representative loan amount of $150,000, the Promotional Rate is estimated to offer savings of approximately $93 per month and approximately $23,000 over the life of the loan, as compared to 7.99%. Actual savings will vary based on loan amount, term, creditworthiness, and the specific rates being compared.

Redemption requirements:

  • Vehicle order must be placed, and delivery must be scheduled and completed, between [START DATE] and [END DATE] at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Offer Period"). Vehicles not delivered within the Offer Period are not eligible, regardless of order date, and this offer cannot be applied retroactively to a purchase or delivery completed before the Offer Period began.
  • The Promotional Rate will be reflected in the customer's PrePair financing agreement at the time of final financing approval.

Combinability:

  • This offer may not be combined with the "Get Outside" credit offer.
  • This offer may not be combined with other named Pebble promotions then in effect.
  • Only one instance of this offer may be applied per Vehicle financed. This offer has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied toward a prior purchase, a cancelled order, or a future purchase outside the Offer Period.

Eligibility verification and revocation:

  • Pebble and/or PrePair may request documentation to confirm a customer's eligibility (e.g., proof of intended financing, creditworthiness, or configuration ordered) before applying the Promotional Rate.
  • If Pebble or PrePair determines, at any time, that a customer's eligibility for this offer was based on inaccurate or misrepresented information, Pebble reserves the right to void, rescind, or reprice the financing to standard rates.

General terms:

  • This is a limited-time promotional offer. Pebble reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer, or to change these terms, at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect a customer whose financing has already been finalized and confirmed within the Offer Period under the terms in effect at the time of financing.
  • This offer does not alter the specifications, configuration, warranty, or resale value of the Vehicle.
  • This is not a guarantee of financing or credit approval, and does not constitute financial, credit, or tax advice. Customers are solely responsible for confirming their own loan terms, rate, and approval status directly with PrePair.
  • Void where prohibited by law. Additional restrictions may apply and are set forth in full in this document and in Pebble's General Promotions Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promotional Rate described herein will be reflected in and governed by the terms of the customer's final PrePair financing agreement and Purchase Agreement. These terms are also subject to Pebble's general Terms of Service, available at pebblelife.com/terms-service, to the extent applicable to use of the Site.
